Teo Martín eSports team will compete this Sunday in the iRacing 6 Hours of the Glen, third special event for the team after second overall place in 24 Hours of Le Mans and fourth overall place in 24 Hours of Spa from 16:30pm on Sunday 6.
The Six Hours of the Glen is an endurance race at Watkins Glen International in New York. Dating from 1948, the race is currently part of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
“The Glen” is a race track located in Watkins Glen, New York, at the southern tip of Seneca Lake. It was long known around the world as the Mecca of North American road racing and is a very popular venue among fans and drivers. It was home of the Formula One United States Grand Prix, which it hosted for twenty consecutive years (1961–1980), but the site has been home to road racing of nearly every class, including the World Sportscar Championship, Trans-Am, Can-Am, Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the International Motor Sports Association and the IndyCar Series.
The Watkins Glen International race course has undergone several changes over the years, with five general layouts widely recognized over its history. Currently, two distinct layouts are used—the “Boot” layout (long course) with 5.430 m. and the “1971 Six Hours” layout (short course) with 3.950 m.

“We face Watkins Glen event ready to keep learning and growing. I love this track and I’ve always been fast in the past but we don’t have any previous experience with this car, so it won’t be easy. We’ll share track with GTE and GT3 so it will be crucial to manage the traffic to have a good result this weekend“.
“We are ready for another endurance race, this time in Watkins Glen and with the Chevrolet Corvette C7 prototype. The walls are very close here and we’ll share track with other categories so don’t lose time with lapped cars will be key for us. Our targets still ambitious as always even its our debut with this car“.
